JOIN OUR CLASSES
Join our fitness friends and book your classes at purpose built Balance Fit Studio in Rowlands Castle, Hampshire. Whether you are new to classes or are experienced our programme is made to suit all. Small classes and friendly and fun environment. Teaching my own, small classes means I can provide a more personal touch. I can get know clients well, give individual attention and even tailor classes to clients’ needs giving more specialised support where required.

POSTURE PILATES
Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise, used by physiotherapists and fitness professionals.

YOGA FLOW
Yoga Flow is a mixture of different styles of traditional yoga including yoga breathing and relaxation.

MEN'S STRETCH &
CORE STABILITY
A combination of core stability and stretch exercises for helping to improve flexibility and posture.
